We enjoyed staying in two modern apartments, one of which had stunning mountain views! The spa and cozy lounges were perfect for unwinding after our adventures in the area. The only downside was that the Wi-Fi was a bit slow at times. 😊

The Junior Suite with Terrace was newly cleaned and had a decent vibe to it, even if it missed a few essentials like extra toiletries. The decor was nice, adding a cozy touch to the stay.
The room felt cramped with two suitcases, limiting movement and comfort. Air conditioning struggled to keep up, leading to open windows all night, which wasn't the best experience. the shower setup was less than ideal, with water spilling out due to insufficient curtain coverage, and the overall offerings came off as basic for the cost.

Perfect spot for exploring!
I loved being so close to the Interlaken West train station – super convenient! The air conditioning was strong even in summer, which was a lifesaver after long days. Breakfast spread was fantastic, especially the locally sourced options! But the room felt a bit tight with our bags, made it tricky to move around.

The proximity to the train and bus stations was ideal for exploring, yet the room's quiet ambiance contributed to a relaxing stay. Staff interactions were pleasant, particularly with the bar personnel, who were consistently friendly. The limited space in the room made it somewhat uncomfortable for movement and storage, especially with larger luggage. the air conditioning struggled during warmer days, which impacted comfort levels when trying to cool the room down. The breakfast showcased a variety of homemade local products, though I wished for more dining options.

Couples looking for convenience
The location was spot on, right next to the train station. The free local travel card was a game changer!
It wasn't exactly budget-friendly but still acceptable.

Ideal for families, our spacious apartment had fantastic mountain views and was super close to shops and eateries. Who knew a train station could be so peaceful? Plus, daily cleaning made it feel like a treat!
The mattress was softer than my willpower at a dessert buffet. And a kettle would’ve been lovely, but I guess I can survive without my afternoon tea!

this hotel is in a super location, right at the train station, so its realy easy to get around. the room was cozy and clean, really loved the decor. brekfast was awesome with tons of options. the staff were super friendly and helpful, made us feel right at home. and the free local travel card was a cool bonus!
the shower could use a better curtain cause it doesn't keep all the water in. also, the toilet seat is kinda weird without a cover.
